We will arrange a free of charge informal meeting with you to run through what we do and answer any questions you may have. There is no commitment at this stage it’s just for you to find out more and us to understand what you want from the session and discuss options. It also gives us the opportunity to look at the best location in your house to film the interview.

As a package we provide a bespoke high quality professional photo book of the images taken on the day and a professionally edited film of the interview. The film is stored on a branded USB Drive which makes it easy to share across devices and comes in a presentation box to keep it safe.

It is also possible to order just the book or the film individually – but we’ll cover this with you properly in detail at an initial discussion.

After an initial meeting to discuss what you want and explain what we can do, we run a session in your home at a mutually agreeable time. This normally takes a full morning or afternoon, allowing a couple of hours for the conversation itself and an hour to set up and pack down.   Every conversation is unique and we create a relaxed, friendly and informal environment for the conversation to flow.  But don’t just take our word for it, see the testimonial section to find out what our customers think.

Once the shoot of the photos and film is complete, we have to select, refine and build a book of the stills and edit together the film which will likely be around 45 mins or longer once edited. The editing process takes some time to achieve the best result, but we aim to come back to you to share our results within 4 weeks. Once complete we’ll arrange another meeting to allow you to view the results and hand over to you the material – a book and USB drive with film. That’s it.

Nowhere – we like to keep things as natural and comfortable as we can so we use your preferred location – usually your home or other accommodation. We bring all the equipment we need to set up in your own preferred location. This makes sure you don’t have the stress of travel and can relax in your own familiar surroundings.

Yes. Unlike the majority of companies who charge per photograph, we provide you with the option to buy 20 high-resolution images from the photo shoot, and the film on disk to share with others for a simple one off fee. We also make the film available online with or without password protection if you wish to be able to share it more widely on social media like Facebook or so you can access it from anywhere. We believe this is a highly competitive and unique offering in the market place and makes our service ideal for families wanting to share the investment in this precious legacy

Yes.  From our experience, a few selective images taken from major life milestones such as weddings, school photographs or anniversaries, can really help bring alive the stories being shared.  Let us know what material you have and we can discuss what is possible.
